In terms of support Visit-X seems to have it all, live support, email contact, phone contact and a rich FAQ area. The only mention would be that live chat and phone support are only available Monday to Friday between some hours.

Make sure you check the other nice features that Visit-X has to offer, including VIP Membership, Television Premium that will give you access to special live cams that are installed permanently to models room. Not at the last you may access the Videos area where you can find many free videos, just make sure you select “Show free clips” filter!

In conclusion we consider Visit-X to be a great Premium platform for the German speaking folks and a decent cam site for the rest of the world.
